This page is maintained by the FarsiTV Live team to explain what data the site collects and how it is used. FarsiTV Live is designed to be a privacy-respecting product: there is no user account, no signup, and no personal profile.
What we store locally on your device
Your favorites, likes, watch history, scheduled reminders and player preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
What we may collect anonymously
We may collect anonymized, aggregate analytics (page views, channel play events, playback quality metrics) to understand which channels and features are working. These events do not include your name, email, IP address as an identifier, or any data that identifies you personally. Analytics are only enabled when a valid Google Analytics measurement ID is configured.
Cookies
FarsiTV Live does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies for aggregate reporting; you can block these via your browser settings.
Third-party streams and logos
FarsiTV Live aggregates publicly available broadcaster streams and displays their official logos. When you play a channel, your browser connects directly to the broadcaster's CDN, which may log the request per that broadcaster's own privacy policy. Channel logos are fetched from public brand-icon services (Clearbit, DuckDuckGo, Google favicons) with the Referrer-Policy: no-referrerheader set.
Children
FarsiTV Live is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Because we don't hold personal accounts, there is nothing to request, correct or delete from our servers. You are always in full control of your local data via your browser.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
