1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FarsiTV Live (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What FarsiTV Live is
FarsiTV Live is a free directory and player for publicly available live TV streams broadcast on the open internet by their respective broadcasters. We do not host, upload, transcode, record or store any video content. All streams play directly from each broadcaster's own CDN or public feed.
3. No account, no subscription
The Service is provided free of charge. No signup, subscription or payment is required. Anonymous like counts and favorites are stored per device for your convenience only.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent geo-restrictions or DRM imposed by any broadcaster; (b) scrape, mirror or rebroadcast the Service or the streams it links to; (c) use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights; (d) interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Third-party content
All streams, logos, channel names and program content belong to their respective broadcasters and rights holders. FarsiTV Live does not claim ownership of any third-party content and makes no representations regarding its legality, accuracy or availability in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your viewing.
6. Geographic restrictions
Some broadcasters restrict streams to specific countries. When you play such a stream outside its licensed territory, the broadcaster (not FarsiTV Live) may block or throttle playback. FarsiTV Live neither bypasses nor endorses bypassing any such restriction.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuous availability of any stream.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarsiTV Live, its operators, contributors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any linked stream.
9. Copyright, DMCA & takedowns
If you are a rights holder and believe a stream aggregated by FarsiTV Live infringes your rights, please use our takedown request form or email legal@farsitvlive.com. Valid requests are honored promptly.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
