Kanal Jadid
About Kanal Jadid
Kanal Jadid is a Persian-language Christian broadcaster producing television for Farsi-speaking audiences. Persian-language Christian media is a small but long-established broadcasting category, produced almost entirely outside Iran — where religious conversion from Islam carries severe legal and social consequences — and directed at both the diaspora and viewers inside the country. Its programming typically combines worship and teaching content with discussion, testimony and cultural formats in Farsi. Channels in this category are listed in this directory alongside everything else and labelled by ownership, on the same basis as every other broadcaster here: we aggregate what is publicly broadcast and identify who is broadcasting it.
